We’re back on the tart side with this punchy classic. We love a sweet-sour combo and few do it better than the key lime pie. Just about as sharp as it gets, key limes lend themselves particularly well to rich, sweet and creamy desserts – with cookie crumb bases! Combine the freshly squeezed juice with sweet and condensed milk, add some whipped cream on top and it’s an intensely moreish dish with intensely bright flavours!
