Shelf Life
Kombucha can actually last forever. However, as it is a live drink, it will continues to ferment and produce a more vinegary flavour. Hence, it must be kept refrigerated to slow down the fermentation process. Consume within 3 weeks for those who prefer not too sour or gassy.
